About 200-225 pounds of beef that is ready for your freezer.

Do you offer ¼ beef?
We do not. We offer bundles starting at 25 pounds to approximately 60 pounds with the option of adding individual cuts.

How long is beef good in the freezer?
Beef is good in a deep freezer for one year upon receipt.

How are the cattle fed?
Cattle are raised on grass diet until 7-8 months of age, and then fed corn-based diet to get the best marbling and flavor possible.

How are cattle raised?
Cattle are raised by Iowa farm families who value raising the best Angus cattle. Providing topnotch health and care are the foundation to beef quality.

Are cattle given antibiotics?
Antibiotics are given only if an animal gets sick, which if illness occurs typically is in young animals. Antibiotics are given under a veterinarian’s guidance for treatment purposes only following Beef Quality Assurance guidelines.
